Chlorophyll – Green vitality
Chlorophyll is pigment in green plants. In order to guarantee the highest bioavailability, we apply two water-soluble forms of chlorophyll: Sodium-Magnesium Chlorophyllin and Sodium-Copper Chlorophyllin.
Phycocyanin – Blue algae power
Phycocyanin is a blue plant pigment that gives cyanobacteria (e.g. spirulina) its typical blue color. Although phycocyanin is already water-soluble, we went one step further and developed the world’s first liposomal-bound phycocyanin! The liposomal formulation changes the structure of the active substance in order to make absorption even easier. The active ingredient is protected in the liposomal vesicle where it is sheltered against premature metabolism and is transported to exactly where it is needed. Most conventional algae preparations contain no more than 10% of phycocyanin per capsule (corresponds to approx. 40-50 mg/capsule). By processing the pure active substance as such we reach an amount of 300 mg of phycocyanin per capsule!

Combination with medical laser therapy (PDT - phytodynamic therapy)
Chlorophyll and Phycoyanin react to light and can be taken as oral photosensitizer within the scope of photodynamic therapy (PDT).
Chlorophyll absorbs red (620-660 nm) and blue light (400-450 nm). The absorption spectrum of phycocyanin is at a wavelength between 580 and 660 nm (red/yellow).
