The principle is simple: the more time spent grounded, the better, especially during sleep, a critical period for body repair and regeneration. Grounding enhances these natural processes and improves sleep quality.
Connecting Your Earthing Product
Each Earthing product includes:
Earthing Sheet, Pillow Case, Recovery Bag, Grounding Mat, Grounding Band, Patch, etc.
Connection Cord, straight or coiled
Earth Connection Plug for your mains socket, or Grounding Rod
Steps:
Attach the connection cord to the metal stud on your product (sheet, pillow case, mat, etc.). Connect the other end to an Earth Connection Plug suited for your mains socket, or to a Grounding Rod. The plugs feature two holes; use either for the connection. For some regions (e.g., Switzerland, Italy), an adapter may be required. In North America, plug directly into the ground hole of the socket.
Note: Earthing products do not consume power; they only need to connect to the Earth. If your mains system lacks proper grounding, use a Grounding Rod outdoors.
Using Your Earthing Product
For best results, direct skin contact is recommended. Position sheets, recovery bags, or sleep mats as needed for comfortable and effective grounding. Grounding mats work well under feet or on desks for continuous contact.

Washing and Care Instructions
