What’s in Men’s Vascular Sexual Support?
Kaempferia parviflora, or black ginger, is traditionally used as a holistic remedy for male erectile dysfunction, reputed for its aphrodisiac effects. Its rhizomes, often boiled or steeped in alcohol, are consumed to enhance sexual performance. Luteolin
Luteolin is a flavonoid or plant compound that’s well known for its powerful antioxidant properties. In preclinical studies, luteolin was shown to inhibit the activity of the aromatase enzyme, and promoted testosterone production by encouraging the conversion of cholesterol to pregnenolone, the precursor hormone for testosterone production. Luteolin is a flavonoid found in many fruits and vegetables. It has been shown to have anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. Some studies suggest that luteolin may help increase testosterone levels by inhibiting the aromatase enzyme, which converts testosterone to estrogen.
