What is infrared light therapy, and what are the benefits?

The device employs red and blue light therapies for different therapeutic effects:

Treatment Protocol
We suggest starting with blue light irradiation for 5 minutes, followed by red light irradiation for 30 minutes per day (some people prefer two treatments pr. day after the and period of 14 days treatment). A treatment session comprises five days, followed by a 2 days rest period. Start with a low power setting (intensity) during the initial week and gradually increase the power each subsequent week. To optimize the therapeutic effect, we recommend drinking plenty of purified hydrogen water before and after each treatment session and combine with recommended supplemts.
