RITMSCENAR is an advanced form of interactive neurostimulation proven to provide long term pain relief. RITMSCENAR is using unique two-phase bipolar impulses. The electrical signals generated by the RITMSCENAR device are similar in form to the body’s own endogenous neurological impulses. In this way the body does not recognise them as alien or invasive therefore negative side effects as a result of the therapy are virtually non-existent. The most unique characteristic of RITMSCENAR is that it can induce changes in the parameters of its impulse automatically and in accordance with the body’s response to the device. The RITMSCENAR device does this by monitoring the skin’s reaction to the impulse and then changes the electric impulse it is sending out. Therefore active interaction means that maximal therapeutic effectiveness can be achieved. One of the other unique features of the RITM SCENAR is the individually dosed influence function. The device constantly measures the body’s reaction to the signal and compares reaction times. If there are no further changes in the reaction times, the device indicates treatment completion. This means that the dose of influence has been reached and further treatment is not necessary at this location.

We are glad to share that we are launching the new generation of CHANS-SCENAR personal devices. Their functionality changed greatly because now it utilizes the principles of SCENAR therapy which are based on fundamental neurophysiology. They are still called P1 and P2 but work differently.
P1 preset is intended for the treatment in case of any kind of acute situation. The universal preset P2, instead, is intended for systemic therapy that is aimed at general regulation, chronic problems, and vegetative disorders.
P1 is now an automated preset that has four automatically switched phases. Every phase has its treatment mode. Thus, the first phase is the new combined bio controlled feedback mode. The duration of each phase by default is 3 minutes and this time can be increased.
P2 has three automatically switched phases. Each phase also has its treatment mode. Moreover, the treatment energy is also automatically changed in each phase. Two preset (automatic stimulation parameter adjustment) selection modes are added: one intended for acute states treatment and another intended to activate body’s responses in treating sub-acute chronic diseases.
The device provides screening in two modes:
D1 considerably simplifies the procedure of finding active points by placing the device within the area selected.
D2 considerably simplifies the procedure of finding an active area by moving the device on skin surface without pauses. The SCENAR Sport D device can be supplied complete with a Multiple Electrode which is equipped with a fixing clamp ‘Universal lip-type seal‘ that allows fixing an electrode on any skin area.

RITM SCENAR® Personal range of devices - Home, Sport and Sport D, are electro-therapy devices with built-in electrodes that deliver complex electrical impulses through the skin to give pain relief. Dose Modes and 2 x Presets with bioGap function. RITM SCENAR® Sport D is designed for home users to manage their pain and to speed up the recovery process from acute and chronic pain, sport injury and post operative pain.
The RITMSCENAR® Sport D is the top of the range of the personal SCENAR devices family. It is identical in functions to the RITMSCENAR Sport model but is equipped with an LCD screen. The screen displays energy strength, treatment progress, current settings and skin contact indication which make the device very easy to use and operate.
The RITM SCENAR® Sport D supports one auto mode called Dose 1 Mode and one screening Mode - Dose 2. This is the newest development in SCENAR technology by RITM OKB ZAO.
In Dose 1 Mode the device will deliver an individual measured stimulation according to the body response to the impulse. Dose 1 is also used to quickly identify the best treatment locations.
In Dose 2 Mode, the device screens the treatment area by reading the skin reaction and displaying the best areas to treat on the LCD. It is used for treating larger body areas such as the back, chest and the abdomen.
The RITMSCENAR® Sport D supports four impulse Frequencies – 14Hz, 60Hz, 90Hz and 340Hz, suitable for treating degenerative processes (low frequencies) or inflammatory processes in acute state (high frequencies). This allows the user to select the most appropriate treatment setting for the phase of the painful condition.
The Amplitude Modulation feature in RITMSCENAR® Sport D is fixed to 3:1 and is very effective in the treatment of pain in muscles and ligaments.
The RITMSCENAR® Sport D also supports Frequency Modulation in the range of 30Hz to 120Hz. This setting is commonly used to create a change in the painful condition.
