Shopping is safe trough shop.unovita.com and Uno Vita AS. Your personal information (e-mail, address, etc.) is treated confidentially and will not be sold or passed on to any third party without your written and personally signed permission. For private customers, the consumer law is applicable, while business-to-business law applies if you are acting on behalf of a company. It is our policy to treat all our customers in a safe, friendly, and proper manner. If you at any level are not satisfied with your shopping experience, please contact us at [email protected] or by telephone+ 47 22 09 18 80(10 AM to 14 PM – GMT+1). If you buy any product with us and against all expectations are not satisfied, we follow the EU and Norwegian law (Directive on Consumer Rights (2011/83/EC) as a standard guideline and will refund your expenses if notified within one month of the purchase.

Local and international tax and duty. All prices on the frontpage are included local Norwegian VAT (moms). Registered customers outside of Norway (applies for any country) will see their net pricing exclusive local sales tax (VAT) in the checkout (shopping basket) before payment. For all shipments outside of Norway we ship excl. VAT and any duty. You will normally be charged locally (in your country) for VAT and a duty import fee. Uno Vita is not responsible for any local regulations that does not comply with EU or EEA trade agreements.

Returns & RMA
To be refunded, the goods must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered and received. They must be returned in the original packaging and must be packed in the same way as when it was received. All original content and manuals must be included. The period for regrets and cancellation only applies to consumer purchases. The return of goods should only be made upon advance agreement [email protected], or by confirmation by telephone +47 22 09 18 80. This will ensure that refunds will be made quickly to the satisfaction of both parties. The customer is liable to pay postage and shipment costs if any product is received by Uno Vita more than 14 days after the complaint has been made (Directive on Consumer Rights (2011/83/EC)). Once an RMA is granted and confirmed, Uno Vita will provide a return label to be used for the returns (normally with DHL inside EU and Bring postal service in Norway). Goods sent to Uno Vita AS COD will not be accepted. All returns must be sent by traceable mail package to prevent disputes over lost shipments and insurance. For sales between companies, (business-to-business) the law is different, and legal companies do not have the same rights to cancel and return goods as consumers. Uno Vita may nevertheless grant the return of products and accept the cancellation of the purchase if requested. If a business request is granted, a return and handling fee of at least 5% of the order value will incur of the order sum excluding VAT (value added tax).
