General
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the sale of products through our website shop.unovita.com ("Website") by Uno Vita AS ("Uno Vita", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Consumer Purchases: The purchase of any product by a consumer will be governed by the following laws and regulations, prioritizing the most specific:
Norwegian Consumer Law
Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 May 2011 on consumer rights (Directive on Consumer Rights)
Business-to-Business Purchases: The purchase of any product by a business will be governed by the applicable laws of Norway.

Uno Vita respects your privacy. Your personal information will be treated confidentially and will not be sold or passed on to third parties without your written and signed permission, in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Right of Withdrawal (Consumers Only)
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase of any product within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with the Directive on Consumer Rights. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at [email protected] or by phone at +47 22 09 18 80 before the 14-day period expires.
Returns
All Customers: Products must be returned in the same condition as they were delivered, in the original packaging, and with all original contents and manuals.
Consumer Purchases: You are responsible for the cost of returning the product. Uno Vita may (upon agreement) provide a return label for shipments within the EU (DHL).
Business-to-Business Purchases: Returns may be granted at Uno Vita's discretion, subject to a return and handling fee of at least 5% of the order value excluding VAT. You are responsible for the cost of returning the product.
Taxes and Duties
Registered customers outside of Norway will see net pricing exclusive of local VAT in the checkout. If you live in a country that does charge VAT on products and services, it is likely that DHL will charge you the similar fees. You will not pay “double,” since Uno Vita AS does not charge and VAT or sales tax for international shipments. You are responsible for any applicable import duties and VAT in your country. Uno Vita is not responsible for any local regulations that do not comply with EU or EEA trade agreements.
Delivery
We strive to deliver your goods within 30 days of ordering. Items in stock typically ship within 1-3 business days. You will be contacted for further arrangements if the delivery time differs from what was stated. You can track your order on the Website or by contacting us.
Order Tracking
We will send you a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.
Disclaimer
Uno Vita makes no warranties, express or implied, with respect to the products sold on the Website.
Limitation of Liability
Uno Vita shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the sale of products on the Website.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be settled by the courts of Norway.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Uno Vita regarding the sale of products on the Website.

Uno Vita reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will be posted on the Website.
Guarantees (if applicable)
If your products come with a guarantee, please note that the guarantee is provided by Uno Vita AS and complies with the EU Directive on Sales and Guarantees of Consumer Goods (2002/90/EC).
