Ever increasing environmental toxins are often not perceived subjectively and burden the organism in many ways. The body is normally able to excrete the toxins via the lungs, liver, and kidneys. Sulphur is an indispensable component of many endogenous substances, such as enzymes, hormones or essential amino acids. If insufficient sulphur is ingested with the general diet (for example, from peanuts or fish), supplementation with dietary supplements may be a viable alternative
